Ciranda — Account Deletion

Ciranda is a messaging app for friends. You can delete your account and its associated data at any time.

Through the app (recommended)

1. Open Ciranda and sign in.
2. Tap the profile menu (top corner).
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

This permanently removes your account, messages, and photo. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

By email

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the registered address with the subject “Delete Ciranda account”. We process requests within up to 30 days.

Data removed

• Account and login identity (Google).
• Sent messages and attached media files.
• Profile photo and preferences.
